If something isn’t right here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Free from damage or wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at [help@dhadlanguage.com] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
