What fabric do you use?
Our garments are made from 100% pure cotton—soft, breathable, and built for comfort. We select high-grade cotton to ensure durability and a premium feel.

Is the cotton pre-shrunk or treated?
Yes, our cotton is pre-treated to minimize shrinkage and maintain its shape after washing. Just follow the care instructions for best results.

Is your cotton ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work with suppliers who uphold ethical labor practices and sustainable sourcing standards

How should I clean my garment?
Due to the delicate nature of the spray-printed design, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning only. This ensures the artwork remains vibrant and the fabric retains its original texture.

Can I machine wash or hand wash it?
No. Machine or hand washing may damage the printed areas and compromise the garment’s finish. Dry cleaning is the safest method.

Will the print fade over time?
Our spray prints are sealed for durability, but proper care—especially avoiding heat and abrasion—is essential to maintain their premium look

How long does delivery take?
UAE orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Our Toty bags are reusable and crafted with sustainability in mind. We’re committed to reducing waste while maintaining a luxurious unboxing experience.

Can I request gift wrapping or special presentation?
